Delivery and Refund policy


All items will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment, if goods are in stock. In case of any delay we will notify you by email.

All items are shipped world-wide using PostNL. You will be assigned a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have shipped. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. You can also choose to self-collect the items from our home studio.

You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the delivery service or on payment in full of the price of the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later. All prices are subject to change without notice.

For International Shipping - import duties and taxes are sometimes levied by a country's customs and tax authorities. Taxes vary and are calculated on the value of the goods. Payment of all import duties and taxes are the responisibilty of the purchaser. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon our shipment to the shipping carrier.

Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us at for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
